We applied for our green card processing in 2001 and later we had a problem with our AC 21. Then, USCIS did not issue my green card. USCIS had lots of queries regarding my case, and my previous attorney was unable to respond. Finally, I came to Ms. Thawer in February 2010. It has been a miracle; Ms. Thawer took my case and got my green card within 4 months. Now, the remaining issue is about my daughter?s eligibility under the CSPA. I went to so many lawyers, but everybody told me that they could not file a law suit again National Visa Center and the Embassy. However, Ms. Thawer took the case and immediately filed a law suit against embassy. Within 45 days the Judge agreed with Ms. Thawer and approved my daughter?s eligibility under the CSPA. more

Giving one start to them feels like giving a lot. They handled my case the only way, that was to extract money. Sherin Thawer is a money hoager, all she cares is for money and money only not your issues or how to get them done. Boy I tell you she know how to rip you off your money. On the radio she says just $2500 and you case is sloved. $2500 ?? are you serious? there are attorneys who works with at the most $600 and guess what?? they will be way more professional and politer than you. I mean if there was something lower than one star I would give her that. I think I should call her and tell her to pay for giving her one start otherwise she doesn't even deserve this. Keep these words in mind before you go to her. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, THIEF, and when you complain to her for being rude she threatens you by saying that I will call the embassy and tell them to deport you, I swear thats exactly she will do. All those people who lost there cases, I can bet that she was the one who made her loose the case. All she is concerned is you money. Once she gets it, she doesn't know you. I had a fried working with her and the mental trauma she went through just because of this low life lawyer, you cant even imagine. Dont do the same mistake by giving her your card number. Look I have been in the legal business a while now and if you are smart, which obviously you are because you are reading this, stay away from Sherin Thawer. I have a friend who used her and after thousands of dollars got absolutely no where. Filed a grievance against her but the good lawyer in her office wrote back and Thawer got off scott free. But I guratntee that sooner or sooner she will be get the karma back that she gives out. more

I am not one to write reviews, however, please beware of Sherin Thawer. My family hired Sherin Thawer to help us with our immigration issues and long story short after paying her thousands of dollars we ended up in deportation proceedings because of her lack of knowledge. She is a cold-hearted, good for nothing excuse for a human being. She is not knowledgeable in what she is doing and is just in it to get your money and to screw you over in the end. If you're one of the millions of unfortunate individuals who are illegal and looking to gain status, hiring Sherin Thawer will guarantee either a one way ticket to your country of origin or a tough battle with Immigration Customs Enforcement. Also, I would like to point out that this idiot writes her own reviews; yes, it's very obvious Sherin. There are good lawyers out there who are genuinely willing to help you. Please let our mistake be a lesson for anyone looking into hiring her. I would hate to see anyone else's family in a compromising situation because of her and frankly, having to give her one star on this review is being way too generous. If I could, I would give her 0. She is worst attorney ever, Claims to have lot of knowledge on radio talk show, however if you go to her, you will realize she is only after money, the moment she gets her check, she will become absolutely rude to you.. she has very poor knowledge of the immigration process and often misguides you.. her staff is also very unfriendly.. its a TOTAL RIP OFF if you go to her.... very bad attitude, very rude, she does not care for you.. just wants your money.. DONT GO TO HER .. I had very bad experience with her in my immigration case and sincerely hope guys and girls reading this please do not go this worst attorney.. beware.. more

Dear Sherin, Last August 2011 i was in a really bad situation because of my immigration status.
