Review content:
We applied for our green card processing in 2001 and later we had a problem with our AC 21. Then, USCIS did not issue my green card. USCIS had lots of queries regarding my case, and my previous attorney was unable to respond. Finally, I came to Ms. Thawer in February 2010. It has been a miracle; Ms. Thawer took my case and got my green card within 4 months. Now, the remaining issue is about my daughter?s eligibility under the CSPA. I went to so many lawyers, but everybody told me that they could not file a law suit again National Visa Center and the Embassy. However, Ms. Thawer took the case and immediately filed a law suit against embassy. Within 45 days the Judge agreed with Ms. Thawer and approved my daughter?s eligibility under the CSPA.
