My advice: get yourself balanced...I went to SK and the one thing I learned is that all of us with weight issues got off balance for some reason and it manifests in increased weight. Others smoke, others drink, - we eat. I finally started to lose weight when I learned how to work out with another trainer (I trained with Pete, not SK), bought the $15 South Beach diet paperback book, forgave myself for falling for this SK ""program"" and hired the right trainer. I made good friends at SK and we still walk on Saturdays at Memorial. SK has a good idea, but his intentions are insincere at best. You know all those people that always made fun of us for being overweight? Well, SK is their leader...he will make you feel terrible about yourself. And, because he gets paid $10k upfront, there is no incentive for him to keep up his end of what he says he is going to do for you. So, at SK, just realize your are buying a nice gym...there is nothing more to this program. Yuri and Pete are good trainers though.
Pros: Nice gym, Pete and Yuri are good trainers
Cons: No personalized program, you'll feel defrauded
