I think this gym caters to the novices and those who are easily influenced and conned into paying an outrageous amount of money. Tthe quality and knowledge of the staff and owner is seriously lacking. I have found the owner to be very rude in the gym and pushy (as to buying his supplements, foods, etc.). If you are looking for just purely someone to push you and tell you what to do without any regard to do the exercises correctly; this place might be fine. I seriously question their abilities to understand basic biomechanical principles used in designing individual programs in a safe and very effective manner. Plenty of promises are made here, just no substance.
