I have just finished Shaun's Program and it was awsome. The trainers realy worked hard and motivated me to preform my best and reach my goal. There was constant supervision and everyone from the front desk to Shaun Kelley was very helpfull. He up held his promise and gave me results. I have read some of the other reviews on this board and it is obvious that any person that wrote a negitive review did not work hard and follow their diets. I can say this becuase every person I knwo that was in the gym that worked hard and followed the program lost their weight. But I know that if you do not change your ife style then you will not get results. So I see it as their faults as not being committed. On another note, Shaun's service is not cheap by anymeans but it is the only service that I have been too and been a part of that gave me results. These people that are complaining know that they did not work hard. But the people that got resulted followed the program. Shaun's program has changed my life!!
