I joined the six month program at Shawn Kelly and paid $10,000. It was the worst investment I have made. The promise of a personalized program is false. Everyone gets the same meal and exercise plan. I had four different trainers and four different nutritionists in the six month period. They all left the company because they were either incompetent or felt disillusioned by Shawn Kelly 's promises of future financial arrangements that never materialized. Due to the high turnover, my personal records were lost twice and never found. Of course, every new trainer I had came up with a different routine. SK never once asked me, the paying customer, any feedback after paying a great deal of money. He came across to me as arrogant , greedy and self-centered. His job should be to serve his customers and his employees. The facility is clean and the equipment is in very good condition. The only reason that made the ""program"" bearable was the dedication and professionalism of Pete Long and Shaun Eckhardt. I was able to lose 30 lbs by working out with these guys, but I am sure I could have obtained the same or better results with them in a different setting at much lower cost. I could also see a Nutritionist (a professional) through my insurance company. Do your research and spend your money wisely to achieve the best results. In conclusion, I would never recommend Shawn Kelly!
