My husband and I moved into Scottsdale Greens 3 years ago, and thankfully have just got out. When we first moved in, the rent was decent for the area, however, the service was HORRIBLE. \r
\r
On several occasions I requested work repairs to be completed, but never were. In fact, upon moving I still have a list of some 15 items unrepaired from May. A year or so ago there was a break in our water heater that not only began flooding our unit, but the unit below us as well. We called the so called ""Emergency Maintenance number for over 6 hours and after no response, eventually the fire department. \r
\r
The rental price was raised considerably on us for renewal which was the final straw. Our apartment had never been upgraded as the others paying such high rents, let alone even repaired.\r
\r
And, as a final best wishes welcome from the complex, I received a note Satuday that they were keeping 95% of my original security deposit to fix those items I requested for repair so long ago, and linoleum that has been as worn as the day we moved in.\r

The tenants moving in used to be screen but are appear now to be less desirable, and it seems there are always domestic disturbance, public drunkeness and filth. Bums are beginning to hang out behind the dumpsters and on a walk a few weeks ago I almost steped on a hyperdermic needle in the parking lot. Not to mention that over half of the employees have dogs over 100 lbs and do not clean up after them.\r

There are plenty of choices in Scottsdale, look some more. \r
Cons: Staff, Shotty Repairs (if any), Clientele, Upkeep
