I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Santa Fe Air and Heat. Our old unit lasted 20 years and we were glad to use them a second time around. Service is prompt and friendly and the technicians who come to our home are knowlegable. more

Another exceptional service from Dennis G. or should I call him magic man 5/26/2016

Oh my goodness, I was nearly brought to tears with the thought of having to replace AC coils or worse yet, purchase a new system because my AC unit continues to breakdown. Only Dennis G. could ever find an airflow blockage that was causing the lines to freeze that was so small, it was like finding a needle in a haystack. He arrived at my house around 6PM and stayed with it until he diagnosed and fixed the problem, sparing me once again from the out of reach expensive alternatives. Honestly, I have used other service contractors and none even come close to the level of service you receive from Santa Fe Air. You are crazy to use anyone else and if it's a home repair, you are lucky to get Dennis G. Exceptional technician and exceptional company. more

Santa Fe Air 5/4/2016

John H. came and analyzed the need for a drip pan under the A-coil in the attic. He gave a clear explanation of what would be done and indicated a fair price to do the work. This situation came about because the firm that installed the AC and furnace last year failed to install a drip pan. After the drip pan is installed with the proper device that turns off the AC in the event of a leak, we will be able to survive a leak without the water damaging the ceiling. I recommend Santa Fe Air to all who need HVAC service. more

Installation of A/C coil 4/29/2016

Jeff M. and Chuck installed an evaporation coil in my A/C. Both of these guys were very professional and courteous. They answered any questions that I had. They are very good representatives of Santa Fe Air. Thanks. more

Semi-Annual A/C PM 4/28/2016

The technician John H. was very professional and he was very prompt arriving after he called to let me know he was on his way. John was very informative about how everything works and explained everything where I could understand it. John was very efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. I've always been very happy anytime Santa Fe Air comes out. more

Installation of A/C coil 4/26/2016

Chuck T. was one of the installers that installed an evaporation coil in my A/C unit. He was very polite, and knowledgeable when I asked him some questions. The installation didn't take long at all. I've been very happy with Santa Fe Air and the service that I've received since the fall of 2015. more

Service Call 2/12/2016

Santa Fe Air Conditioning Duct Cleaning 2/3/2016

Brent, Jeff, and Jesse came out to do duct cleaning at my house. They did a great job, explained their process, took great care of my home with tarps/floor coverings, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. They worked hard from start to finish! I even got a microbial treatment to kill any germs in my duct work. Having allergy kiddos, I think having my ducts cleaned will make our spring a little more comfortable this year! more

Good job and follow through 12/16/2015

I had problems with my burner on my relatively new furnace. John diagnosed the problem, the company followed up to order a replacement part that had had some issues, and John came out and installed. Very professional and friendly and took time to explain what was going on. Also have to give a shout out to Julie who answers my calls and is always concerned and helpful. Well done. more

Trustworthy service 12/13/2015

Very professional and thorough. Made recommendations for improvements in order of importance. I did not get the feeling that he was padding the bill with unnecessary fixes. On time and wore shoe covers in the house to keep it clean. Will definitely use their service again more
