John H. showed up Saturday evening. My air conditioner wasn't cooling. He needed to check a multiple of things and finally determined that it was a problem with the air conditioner itself--a coil. He replaced it and got everything going and more importantly cooling, He was here just a little over an hour and was very efficient and explained everything. more

No trip charge involved 5/12/2018

After hearing this clunking noise thru my garage wall for the past couple of weeks, I decided to call Santa Fe Air to come over and figure this out. Joe W came on time to hear this noise while the A/C was running and he solved the clunking noise heard during cooling cycle and I sure was happy after that. Joe W was very polite and knowledgeable. I have been a Santa Fe customer for many years and have found all their service people to be top notch in there knowledge and commitment to do quality work. Mike was a good example of what I have come to expect from Santa Fe. He was courteous, knowledgeable and I felt confident having him do the work. . He gave me a comprehensive report of what he found and if anything was marginal he gave he options on how to proceed. I trust Mike and all of the service people to be fair honest and very good at their jobs. They always have been. more
