Furnace Service 11/3/2016

I've been doing business with Santa Fe for over a year now and have always been very satisfied. Had John H. out to the house yesterday for a furnace tuneup and he took the extra time to help mark my duct work to make sure my airflow was set correctly for each season. For him, it didn't seem like he wanted to be in and out and moving on to his next appointment, he really took the time to review, clean, and educate me on the system to make sure I'm getting the most benefit out of it and keeping the system running as long as it can. more

John was very helpful & informative - he explained about their Planned Maintenance Agreement & all the money I could save by signing up. John was extremely thorough in checking out our furnace & Heating system. I am quite satisfied with his exceptional service & obvious knowledge of the HVAC business. Based on John's visit today, I will not hesitate to use Santa Fe Air in the future. more

Santa Fe A/C Service 10/7/2016

Jesse was very professional, and kept me informed as he went through the fall inspection. He showed me a problem and then worked thru a solution with his office and completed the job. Santa Fe always sends friendly, professional techs for the inspections and when we have called with a problem. We have always been very pleased with their service. more

John, with Santa Fe A/C and heating did a VERY thorough repurchase inspection of the condo we are buying. He even took a video of the A/C fan issue as the A/C unit is on the roof a 3 story building! He was not pushy or "salesy"...he was clearly well trained, very patient and easily established trust. We will definitely use Santa Fe Dr for any future HVAC needs! Thanks to John and Santa Fe! more

Furnace Replacement 8/6/2016

Jeff T came on the same day of my AC replacement. Since I was replacing both the AC and Furnace Jeff's main focus was on my furnace. He did a outstanding job even though it was hot as hell in my house. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend Jeff. more

The team of Mike and Marco installed the HVAC system at our home in Lakeview Village yesterday. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I was impressed with their politeness and work ethics. The weather was super hot and they worked through without taking long breaks, were hardworking and appreciative of the water we provided.
