John H. came and analyzed the need for a drip pan under the A-coil in the attic. He gave a clear explanation of what would be done and indicated a fair price to do the work. This situation came about because the firm that installed the AC and furnace last year failed to install a drip pan. After the drip pan is installed with the proper device that turns off the AC in the event of a leak, we will be able to survive a leak without the water damaging the ceiling. I recommend Santa Fe Air to all who need HVAC service.
