I had problems with my burner on my relatively new furnace. John diagnosed the problem, the company followed up to order a replacement part that had had some issues, and John came out and installed. Very professional and friendly and took time to explain what was going on. Also have to give a shout out to Julie who answers my calls and is always concerned and helpful. Well done.
