Poor execution on their part. Multiple mistakes on their part were discovered by luck right before my closing date. To their credit, they did work quickly to fix the issues and my closing occurred as scheduled. Were this the end of it, I would not have bothered to write a pessimistic review. At closing, I discovered that they had structured the closing in such a way that I was unable to fully take advantage of the seller's closing cost concession. And now in an issue related to that, I am just now discovering that they completely botched my escrow accounting for closing. Now my monthly payment is increasing $100 per month to account for a reserve shortage, and I have to pay one half of my property taxes, amounting to $1700, out of pocket because they didn't account for it at closing. "But you'd have to pay the taxes and reserve shortage at closing anyway" one might say. That's true, but if they had done it correctly that way in the first place, I would have been able to take full advantage of the seller's closing cost concession, and saved money in the long run.
It was basically just one mistake after another with these guys. Be prepared to double check every thing they do, if you choose to go with them.
