I checked our Sammamish Mortgage with the BBB with an A+ rating. I also saw that they had many positive reviews. They are a local company that I could actually go to if I needed to. I was looking on the web for the best mortgage company in the Seattle area. They were rated the best so I started looking into all the info I could find about Sammamish Mortgage. Wow, what a great experience. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and closed very quickly. The loan processer even came to my house on a Sunday (she happened to be in my area) to go over the loan package to make sure everything needed was there and signed. When I called I usually got through to my processor or it was a short wait or a fast call back. Everyone there is very professional and kind. It was a pleasure doing business with Sammamish Mortgage and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their mortgage needs.
