I have financed and refinanced property many times. My experience with this company was unequivocally the worst. I do not recommend them under any circumstances. The requests made were very unreasonable. I have never had to continue to produce documents after a signing for closing had already occurred. After spending considerable time on it, I was told that it wasn't necessary. Yet the funding was still not released. I wasted my time signing at the title company. It was bad enough prior to this to have to continually provide docs, but intolerable after signing. Overall a horrible experience. Go elsewhere unless you would like to be in the Mickey Mouse Club.
