Loved it! We had the carne asada with white rice and plantain a bit much for the amount of food other places give you more plantain. But other than that really tasty. more

The food is pretty good, but delivery service was not. On top of that, the manager Eliot was not very helpful when I complaint about the lateness of delivery and the fact it was cold. He said he understood, but always had a "but,..." to my concerns. I was not even trying to comp a meal or get our money back - just to recognize that our food might have been delivered cold by his restaurant and a sincere apology. Never ordering from Sabor a Cafe again as the customer service was just too poor, in my opinion. The food is not bad, but can't enjoy it if need to put it into microwave. more

First time there and was very disappointed!! Service was poor, it wasn't busy! Our mango shakes tasted like bananas, We asked the waitress when she decided to come around what kind of a shake it was and she said it was Mango...first time mango tasted like banana. I was given the wrong drink, I ordered apple soda and instead i got orange soda. I ordered my steak medium and it was well done, I dare not return it!!!! My friend ordered a Tamale, it was small (very small)!!!!! alot of key ingredients were missing! For dessert we ordered rice pudding...the rice was hard as a rock and in case these Colombians don't know, rice pudding is not made with cloves!!!! Flan was from a box!!!!! YUK!!!! \r And you call yourselves Authentic???? NO way, never again!!! more

This place used to be good... but after my last order I'm disappointed... I found hair on my food, and they sent me the wrong order... no ordering again, + $15 min is way too much for the kind of food more

This is the best Colombian restaurant in Chgo. Everything on the menu is great, but I love the chicken is marinated just right, and their emapanadas are just like mom's. The service is very welcoming. This place has live music on Fri and Sat's Pros: CHICKEN, Parking, service Cons: no frquent Diner Card more
