I have never hired a company based on their reviews. I always figured some of the reviews are all lies. but for some reason, I did read the reviews from this company I did hire them based on those positive reviews. and for the first time everything that was said about this company is true. they are so professional. they did get rid of all the stains. I am very satisfied with the work they performed it's been a couple of days since I've had them here. the carpet is completely dry and it looks better than what I had imagined. thanks a lot for it all.\r more

I am a frequent user of this company, and I am more than happy to post a great review for them. I use them often due to my cats. We have lots of hair and sometimes the kitties spray in the house. They use non-toxic solutions which I love and the pet solution does wonders getting out odors. I love the people I talk to there, and the technician they send is always friendly and always does a great job. I recommend them anytime! more

The odor from the room is gone, it wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for Steam Clean Green Professional Los Angeles coming out and taking care of business. I was fed up with the lingering smell and thats when I took charge and had professionals come over to deal with it. The technician's recommendation was incredible; it really did eliminate the smell and kept it from coming back with the awesome strong solutions he used. Just wanted to take a moment to show some gratitude and let everyone know they too can be happy customers. more

my area rugs look great 7/14/2011

They picked up my area rugs an 8x10 and 14x6 they gave me my options of cleaning what was the best method for the stains to come out. It was a little more that what I wanted to pay but to be assured that they would come back looking brand new. I had to do it. And more

They guaranteed 100% of their work and glad I took the tech's recommendation becuase it did turn out great. The carpet was left spotless and now I have STEAM CLEAN GREEN PROFESSIONAL come out every month and do my carpet cleaning. more

I haven't seen things so clean around here for a few months now, it was in desperate need of cleaning. I wanted to get rid of the dust mites and get the house sanitized. I had them come out and they gave it their best and made my house clean and look spectacular. I am so happy I had them over and so is my family. more
