I have never hired a company based on their reviews. I always figured some of the reviews are all lies. but for some reason, I did read the reviews from this company I did hire them based on those positive reviews. and for the first time everything that was said about this company is true. they are so professional. they did get rid of all the stains. I am very satisfied with the work they performed it's been a couple of days since I've had them here. the carpet is completely dry and it looks better than what I had imagined. thanks a lot for it all. more

you guys worked hard to eliminate all the stains my upholstery had. thanks for the hard work. you guys are the BEST!!!! My couch looks brand new. you should hear what my family members had to say when they saw it they thought I had bought a new couch and threw out the old one. you guys are good. more

Happy with results everytime 12/21/2011

I am very happy with this company and I use them repeatedly. They do a great job getting rid of pet odors and hair. Their solutions are non-toxic which is perfect for my cats. They use a pet solution that really gets the odors out. The technicians are friendly and reliable. And I am a repeat customer, so I get a discount and their prices are great regardless. more

The dispatcher was friendly and was nice enough to give me full detail and explanation of what must be done and why. I really liked hteir services, so I gave them a try. I had them clean the carpet the next day and now I am fascinated with the results and more than happy to have them in my phonebook. more

I have made up my mind about them. I really liked how the drapes came out, the color, just because it was cleaned well, looks fascinating and makes my room look a bit better. Love the great feel of it all and thanks for the awesome results. more

grea outcome and company 1/20/2011

The outcome was great, I'm pretty sure this is the company I am going to stick with. I searched for a company that would really take out all the dirt from the carpet and leave it looking beautiful. Didn't take me long to find but very glad I did. more

I thought I would be able to take the stain away. My dog had an accident on the couch, Well I kind of did, but the odor was to deep into the couch that I couldn’t have people sitting on the couch so I decided to give them a call and they came out did a hot water extraction on my couch and even brought the color back to it and the smell was awesome. more
