I purchased the super saver coupon and go here often. This time I had an appointment and it took an hour to get a basic oil change and took them 10 minutes to figure out how to reset maintenance light. If I have an appointment I don't expect it to take an hour to do a simple oil change. more

Very impressed! For the first time in my life I had such an incredible experience in an auto repair facility. The manager was very honest and straight forward. He even took me to the back and intorduced me to the technician and educated me on the repair that had to be done to my '05 Lexus. I never had this experience at the dealership I used to visit before. I was given a courteous shuttle service to my home. The price was right. The car was washed when I picked it up! I am a happy camper. I highly recommend SPARKS to anyone who is looking for a quality and an honest auto repair facility with fair price. more

During my regular visit to this autoshop, I've got a recommendation and a quote to change my front exhaust pipe: $95 for one hour of labor and $196+tax for the pipe and ~$10 for shop supplies. OK, I did some research and bought the pipe from amazon for $103 (including shipping and no tax). When I asked the manager to install my pipe, using the previous quote for labor, he bluntly told me: "we need to add additional $40 to recoup the lost profit from the sale", and of course no warranty on customer supplied parts. For a few moment I was hesitant, next I asked if there are anymore charges : the answer was NO - total $135. Taking into consideration the status of AAA approved facility, my TRUST in it, and my time constraints, I decided to accept these conditions. The next day, the repair was done and my bill - $164.xx. OK, they are loosing one more customer and may be a few others who will read this review. more
