Good service 6/9/2013

The technician explained what was needed and showed my wife what to do in the event the problem happened again. Cost came in below the estimate.....which was nice. Only problem was one of the technicians had difficulty creating the work ticket and didn't pass on messages very welll. more

Better customer service needed 5/28/2013

Actual service was very good. But setting up an appointment is very difficult if you work. Many times no one answers the phone, and leaving a voicemail is useless. Also waiting for an oil change was way too long. more
