Absolutely an unbelievable experience! Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. For over two hours, we enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere, casual drinks and conversation, outstanding entrees and sides, capped off by complementary dessert, as we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. I couldn't imagine celebrating any where else. We will certainly make Ruth's Chris Steakhouse apart of our dinning for years to come. THANKS FOR MAKING OUR ANNIVERSARY UNFORGETTABLE, AND MAKING US BOTH FEEL SO VERY SPECIAL. Pros: Food, Service, Atmosphere more

Nice 2/10/2003

I went to Ruth's Chris Sunday evening. The food and service was great. I have been there a couple of other times and have found that they are consistent with their overall services. They are over priced but you should know that going in and not complain about that. You have choices to spend lots of money or not. It's a romantic, classy restaurant. more

poor quality for lots of money 1/2/2003

We visited Ruth's Chris in Cary some months back and were very displeased with the quality of the steak, a filet which we had to send back once for proper cooking and then once it was returned, I found the steak, which was supposed to be a prime filet to be more like an end cut. When we spoke with management about this problem, we received a minimal apology and even worse after making a call and writing a letter received no response. We have lived in other metropolitan areas, including Kansas City, and know the quality of good beef. What a disappointment..... more

I recently had a business dinner at Ruth's Chris steak house and was grimly unimpressed. The brocolli came bearly steamed without a trace of salt or pepper. The asparagus was bitter and lukewarm. The potatoes Au Gratin were mediocre to say the best. The prime Rib I had was delicious and tender but overpriced at almost forty Dollars. The lobster tail was overcooked to a rubbery experience of how lobster should not be cooked. The key lime pie was just barely ok tasting more of artificial lime juice and sweetened condensed milk than authentic key lime pie. The waitstaff was very attentive and accomodating. Very Good 12/12/2002

I just returned from a company christmas dinner. What a great restaurant! Last year we had our party at It's Prime Only. Ruth's Chris is FAR better. The steak here was a better quality and far more trender the any other I have had. It is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for!!! more

Prime explains it all. This is the only steakhouse around here which serves prime grade beef. The Barn as well as well as the other ""highend"" steak houses are using choice (or some other so called branded name like ""angus""). Prime is Prime!! I did not expect a steak as good as the one I had here last night! What a pleasant surprise! The meat for prime, and cooked as I ordered it. The wait staff was very professional as were the bartenders. By far the best steak I have had in this area. more

I am the president of very large software company and I came to Ruth's to eat for the first time because the C.E.O asked me to come.Well I am glad he did this is the place for business on every level great wine,great food,and the best service in town.Our server was great and went the extra mile for us all the way to the end.I am going to recommend this to the board every year for our end of the year party. This is by far the best steakhouse in the Triangle. I have tried the rest, but have found the best here at Ruth' Chris....When I am in the mood for steak or lobster this is the only place I'll go!! Good wine selection also.... more

After many dinners at Ruth's, I must say the quality of food and service is still the same top notch as when it opened! I have dined here many,many times and have never been disappointed. It is hard to find a wine list with excellent offerings by the 1/2 bottle. I dine alone quite often and the 1/2 bottles are perfect for 1... All I can say is keep up the good work!!!!!
