long wait! misinformation for wait time on service. Go somewhere else for auto service!

Fair deal, long finance process 9/3/2013

Overall our experience was positive. With Brian Griffin's help we found a car that my Husband is very happy with and within our designated budget. We worked numbers on Friday night, but wanted to go home to sleep on the decision and make sure it was a good fit for us. We arrived Saturday morning before 9 am, ready to start the trade in process and paperwork for financing. We were quite surprised and disappointed that the process took until after 12 o'clock to complete. This seemed unnecessary given our good credit score and seemingly straight forward deal. more

Buying a car has never been easier 9/3/2013

My mom went in to "look" at cars - her car was recently totalled. She was going to shop around, but when she got behind the wheel of the 2013 Rav4 She had to have it. The sales person was kind and helpful, the financing was quick and easy. more

My car buying experience at Beaverton Toyota 9/3/2013

Just bought a new car at Beaverton Toyota and it was one of the easiest car buying transactions I've ever experienced. Hasan Abdellatif spent time with me intially as I did some comparison shopping and did a very good job at walking me through all the options and models. Came back a couple days later to buy and Kyle Gustafson was geat to work with. I also appreciated John Cantwell's assistance in finalizing some of the details. Anyway, bought a new Toyota and pleased with the experience (and the car !!). more

The process was easy and the experience felt very personal. All questions answered and although near closing, we never felt rushed. We have bought other cars at Beaverton Toyota, and will continue in the future. more

GOOD SELECTION & FAIR PRICE 9/3/2013

THE SELECTION WAS THE BEST IN THE AREA. THE SALESMAN WAS NICE, AND LOW PRESSURE, STAYED WITH ME THROUGH A LONG PROCESS OF FINDING AND DRIVING TWO DIFFERENT CARS, AND NEGOTIATING A REASONABLE PRICE. THE FACILITY IS A DUMP HOWEVER AND IT IS VERY NOISY. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALL HAPPY, THOUGH, AND THE FACILITY IS BEING IMPROVED WHICH I WAS HAPPY TO SEE. BEAVERTON SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE SUCH A BUSINESS. ON THE DEAL FRONT, THE CHEESY MICRODOT STUFF IS REALLY AMATEUR, HOWEVER. $400 BUCKS - COME ON! OTHER THAN THA, THE DEAL WAS FINE AND THE DEALERSHIP WAS GOOD. more

We didn't get the deal we wanted but to tell you the truth, our desired price was unrealistic. . Brandon Cullenward, our dealer, did his best to get a good deal and we ended up walking out with the exact car we wanted and the price that we were satisfied with. Overall, the whole experience was pleasant. We love the 10 year/10,000 mile warranty that this dealership offered and that's probably what landed the deal. . more

Friendly service 9/3/2013

Antonio did a great job. He was friendly and really helpful. 2nd car from thus dealer and we will return, but it did take longer than expected to get our truck in and it was missing a few things. The manager made it right for us and we left relatively happy. We'll see when they do the add-ons. more

Awesome Service Department 9/2/2013

Been taking my 1999 4Runner for service since I bought it with 10K mi. Now has 172K and runs like a charm. Expecting to get at least 250K miles, then start over with a new one from same dealer. Greg Hoffman is like my brother. Absolutely the best advisor ever! more

Very helpful and easy to buy a new car 9/1/2013

Mariah was very easy to work with. Her no-pressure style and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience fun! She helped find the perfect car for my wife, a HOT LAVA colored Corolla SI. A couple hours after arriving we drove away in our new car! She even helped my wife set up the bluetooth and navigation system. Thanks, Mariah! And also Thank You, Brian for making the paperwork process so quick and easy. more

We had a great experience with Juan during our recent new car purchase. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was very helpful to my wife, answering her questions and accompanying her on a test drive. The rest of the sales staff was also excellent. It seemed like it took a long time to do all the paperwork, but Evan told us what to expect, and there really is a lot of paperwork to fill out. more

Glad to see big improvement in how customers are handled at the new service center. Customer service is much more courteous and professional now than what I have experienced before (hope it stays that way). The decision to buy my next new car (Honda vs. Toyota) greatly depends on the quality of the dealership's service center and how they treat their customers. more
