Overall our experience was positive. With Brian Griffin's help we found a car that my Husband is very happy with and within our designated budget.
We worked numbers on Friday night, but wanted to go home to sleep on the decision and make sure it was a good fit for us.
We arrived Saturday morning before 9 am, ready to start the trade in process and paperwork for financing. We were quite surprised and disappointed that the process took until after 12 o'clock to complete.
This seemed unnecessary given our good credit score and seemingly straight forward deal.
