We had a great experience with Juan during our recent new car purchase. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was very helpful to my wife, answering her questions and accompanying her on a test drive. The rest of the sales staff was also excellent. It seemed like it took a long time to do all the paperwork, but Evan told us what to expect, and there really is a lot of paperwork to fill out.
