long wait! misinformation for wait time on service. Go somewhere else for auto service!

Remodel and Customer Service Upgrade 10/31/2013

I was really impressed with my most recent visit. I hadn't brought my car in for about a year, and the difference between that last visit a year ago (which wasn't bad) and this one was enormous. They have clearly made some changes, even beyond the swanky remodel, to improve their service. Great job! more

It's great..if you own a Toyota. If you buy another brand of car from them, don't get a service plan. They will only be able to do oil changes. more

Almost 5 star but customer service at Rental Car was very unprofessional. 10/30/2013

Patrice was very helpful and cordial, I was able to get an appointment within 30min. All new customers should be informed about car loaner, cannot assume that everybody knows what's going on. Toyota Car Rental should have a better agreement, you cannot ask a customer to refill the tank and say that it's the same as you are renting a car. more

Outstanding and Experienced Service Advisor 10/30/2013

The advisor, Dan Martini, provided me outstanding service and advice about a problem I had with my Toyota Camry. Not only did he provide me with good advice but he took care of the problem until it was solved. Not once did he pass on the problem to someone else. Thank you. more
