As soon as we approached the entrance of the dealership a sales woman , Mariah Garrison, approached us with a great "welcome" smile and hand shake! Michael Carey and everyone we worked with through out the entire process was very helpful and had a great attitude. They are fantastic representatives for Beaverton Toyoto. It may sound strange but sense of humor and happy attitude is a must in my book. My daughter recommended you to me. She purchased her Toyota i 2005 in So. Oregon but always takes her car into your shop for all maintenance. She said that the atmosphere was great. more

Friendly and fast service 11/4/2013

I took in my 2008 Camry for service and was concerned about what it would cost (I have a really tight budget). They let me know up front what needed to be done and it only cost me 40 bucks. They didn't do more than was needed just to make some extra money, which I appreciated. more

If you have to wait for your car to be serviced, the new waiting area is top-notch. Full barista (but small coffees and pastries are free), mini-showroom, community art gallery and the facility itself has many notable sustainability features. When my oil change morphed into a brake job I was given a loaner car for the day with no hassle. The cost of my service here is probably on the high side - these amenities are well above average and must be paid for somehow. I think the quality of the automotive service is equality good and I keep bringing my car back here. more

The ease in making appointments 11/3/2013

In the past they have been great, like when I first bought the car and the first service I did on the car, but this last service was not so pristine. I was made to feel like a fool when I know something felt different when driving the car but they said it was fine and now I am just waiting for something to go wrong but no one listened or seemed to care. The only thing I feel they cared about was an oilpan they wanted me to pay $500 for. I feel like after turning down the $500 for the oilpan that I was treated completely different, not sure if the service people work off commission but this last experience was terrible. I gave the 4.5 stars from previous experience and hope that the next time I go in that it will be like previous experiences not like the most recent one. more

The tech explained the repairs very clearly, the shuttle to shopping mall was very convenient. But the prices at your new café are too high for customer convenience - it's not a Starbucks! more

I went to several dealerships in the area and decided to go with BeavertonToyota after I first met Shaun. He was genuinely interested in listening to what I was l looking to accomplish instead of another sale to get in the books. I considered going with a Subaru instead of a corolla, both great cars for safety and reliability. The factor that solidified my decision on Toyota was because of Shaun's professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Shaun and this team to anyone I meet who asks about my experience. I couldn't believe that I hadn't owned the car for 12 hours and the service team called, ready to set up my appointment to install my moon roof THE VERY NEXT DAY!!! I was dreading having to figure out when I could go back, and fight for an appointment before the end of the year. I'm totally, absolutely thrilled with my new car, and my dog loves his beg back seat he can stretch out in. THANK YOU! more

I took my Prius in for the 5000 service visit and was very pleased. They did all the service work, changed the oil, vacuumed and washed it, all at no charge. Can't ask for better service than that. more

Scheduled Maintenance 10/31/2013

The first time I brought the car for scheduled maintenance, everybody were all unbelievably friendly and the second time I brought the car for scheduled maintenance, crews are still friendly except for the lady receptionist asking whether there was an appointment or how much mileage the car have, she's kinda impolite and sounds like she doesn't like her job or maybe it's too early for her to be up and working that day. more

5000 Mile Service 10/31/2013

I love the new service reception area and lounge. Prompt, efficient service even as a warranty problem that was promptly fixed. I have been bringing Camrys here for service since the mid 90's. No reason to change. more
