long wait! misinformation for wait time on service. Go somewhere else for auto service!

New Car buying experience 11/21/2013

Had an awesome experience buying a new car at Beaverton Toyota. I wavered on whether I was going to purchase the vehicle and even though I was constantly back and forth my salesperson was great about understanding my concerns and the decision I was trying to make. He went out of his way to do all he could for me to make the sale happen and make sure I was completely comfortable with the purchase. Couldn't have asked for better service buying a car! more

Fast but thorough 11/20/2013

My car diagnosed & fixed in a timely fashion. The only thing that disappointed me was that the person working on my car left his/her empty coffee cup in my cup holder...not cool. more

Looked over the whole car, not just the reason for the visit. Found another issue with the car and alerted me immediately. Another local Toyota dealer missed the second issue. more
