Patrice was very helpful and cordial, I was able to get an appointment within 30min. All new customers should be informed about car loaner, cannot assume that everybody knows what's going on. Toyota Car Rental should have a better agreement, you cannot ask a customer to refill the tank and say that it's the same as you are renting a car.
