Paul Warner was the one sent by Roto-rooter and my first impression for him was a very pleasant and easy to talk to and he will give you an answer if you have a ny questions and will not interupting you while talking, and very well organized and he knows exactly what he's doing had a very pleasing personality and easy to approach. He gave me some information reagrding waht happened to my draining system and giving me tips on jhow to avoid clogging...very knowlegable.
