Dr. Ronen has a good bedside manner that is the only positive. The negatives are - is awful in following up with his patients. He submitted the incorrect information to my STD leave caseworker and refused to sign off on extending my leave, although I had medical necessity and good cause. In addition, the wait time is extremely long and you never get a call back with regards to your test results or mammograms. His front desk staff is friendly but his leave and billing person is terrible in returning calls. more

Good: Very friendly front office staff that will remember your name and they have a decent selection of movies to watch in the lobby and then in each examination room.. Bad: Each time I go to see Dr. Ronen, I spend no less than 90 minutes waiting to see him and then he spends around 5-8 minutes with me. They even scheduled a circumcision during my appointment! I can understand waiting for him if he's delivering a baby, but scheduling a circumcision during other people's appointments? That's unacceptable. They also have never called me back with any test results - I have to call them.. Improvements: They need to have someone call their patients about test results - whether they are positive or negative. Patients are wanting to know what is going on and they obviously came into the office for a reason. Also, the wait time is ridiculous. I know Dr. Ronen wouldn't wait 90+ minutes to get 5 minutes of service any where, so why is it acceptable for his patients?. more
