Dr. Ronen has a good bedside manner that is the only positive. The negatives are - is awful in following up with his patients. He submitted the incorrect information to my STD leave caseworker and refused to sign off on extending my leave, although I had medical necessity and good cause.
In addition, the wait time is extremely long and you never get a call back with regards to your test results or mammograms.
His front desk staff is friendly but his leave and billing person is terrible in returning calls.
