A last resort only 12/19/2009

This is a bad store. The staff, whether at the counter or at the pharmacy, don't give a darn about the customers, whether you have been waiting a long time, or whether you got what you wanted. It is now open 24 hours, which is the nicest thing I can say about it. Go to Health Aid 2 blocks away instead! more

Poor service at their pharmacy 7/6/2005

I had 2 prescriptions filled at the pharmacy portion of this Rite-Aid and was not pleased. The girl at the counter rushed me through the checkout process without asking if I had any questions about the medication. She then asked me to sign something which stated that I'd had all my questions answered. I said I hadn't, and she just ignored me, pressed "yes" on the machine and moved on to help the next person at the counter. If you're going to have prescriptions filled here, don't be timid or shy. Demand to have your questions answered by the pharmacist. more
