I had 2 prescriptions filled at the pharmacy portion of this Rite-Aid and was not pleased. The girl at the counter rushed me through the checkout process without asking if I had any questions about the medication. She then asked me to sign something which stated that I'd had all my questions answered. I said I hadn't, and she just ignored me, pressed "yes" on the machine and moved on to help the next person at the counter.
If you're going to have prescriptions filled here, don't be timid or shy. Demand to have your questions answered by the pharmacist.
