Worst

Went in for an oil change, they replaced my tail lights without asking first. My check engine light then came on after I left. They claim it has nothing to do with what they did.

I just brought my car in for service. Everybody is very courteous. The service was done in reasonable time and price. The only thing is their service appointment is full so soon. This time I have to make appointment 2 weeks in advance. more

It has been 3 years ,i bought kia.every time i come here for oil change or any problem like tire change.But they treat me like I am different(may be I am asian not white).this time the guy refused that we dont send any coupons to our customers but I do receive emails always. and even my car revieved few scratches while i droped it for oil change and i did report but no where I was helped for.I do Work as GM and know how to handle all situations.but This time I am giving up.Even I was planning to buy Kia sorento for my husband but not now.. more

Great day on Saturday. Brought my car in for an oil change. Midday, my wife and I were driving away with our new kia soul. James Ko and all the crew were awesome. Ty was great with the contract and had a ton of info for us. And also My work counterpart Brian Asahaba ended up buying a car on the same day. It was a great day. more

Good customer service 3/22/2014

Everyone I spoke to, both on the phone and in person, was very helpful and nice. There was somehow a mix up and no loaner car was available for me, but that was remedied within 10 mins. The only minor negative was that a bulb was changed and a charge put on my itemized list but they didn't check with me before replacing it. Granted it was a $2.50 bulb so it disnt really matter, but it makes me wonder if they slip these kind of things in often without telling clients. more

Not very proactive & poor follow through 3/19/2014

Wasted two 22 mile round trips (for two cars (to bring in my Optima for warranty work -- wife following to drive me back, since no loaners offered) one trip to drop car off, and one to pick it up. I had prepared service dept in advance, by giving a list two weeks earlier when in for lof service, asking that they check out the list, so they could get it done in one trip. They didn't get the main item fixed, because they didn't find the problem after a 5 mile test drive (which they should have looked at two weeks earlier), and then had to re-look at it with a different driver and me as a passenger -- surprise, it was observed that time -- and my squeely brakes were supposedly fixed, only to squeel upon leaving their lot, and now worse than before....and, I get to do two trips again, and inconvenience my wife by depriving her of a car for a day, to bring it back for "old" business. On top of that, the poor gas mileage issue (was told when buying it that it would improve after a few thousand miles) shows as "being normal" on the work slip, and that I shouldn't worry about it for 15,000 miles. more
