Worst

Went in for an oil change, they replaced my tail lights without asking first. My check engine light then came on after I left. They claim it has nothing to do with what they did.

Better than most dealership service departments 2/22/2014

Slow, but thorough. Appt was for 9 am on a 90k check. Was not told when I set it up that it would be an all day visit. Vehicle not finished until after 5:30 pm more

Tony, my salesman did a great job of presenting a 2012 optima sx to me. Dave the G. M. Did an outstanding job convincing me to call my C. O. O. (THE WIFE) and get the deal done. We have bought a couple of kias here and likely will continue. more

Excellent Customer Service 2/12/2014

I went in because my car hadn't started the day before. I was able to relay all the info I had to not only the advisor but also the tech. The tech was great about checking everything (recomended spark plugs, but made sure I knew it was just because they were old and not because of the no-start problem) and there was no charge when he couldn't find the problem. The advisor Andrew caleld me in a timely manner and had my car back to me as soon as possible. more

Prices vary greatly. 2/8/2014

I was quoted three different prices for belt in my car: 165.00, 225.00 and 285.00. The 165.00 was what I had in writing and it was honored but it worries me that quotes can be that different. more
