Worst

Went in for an oil change, they replaced my tail lights without asking first. My check engine light then came on after I left. They claim it has nothing to do with what they did.

Slow, but thorough. Appt was for 9 am on a 90k check. Was not told when I set it up that it would be an all day visit. Vehicle not finished until after 5:30 pm more

I went in because my car hadn't started the day before. I was able to relay all the info I had to not only the advisor but also the tech. The tech was great about checking everything (recomended spark plugs, but made sure I knew it was just because they were old and not because of the no-start problem) and there was no charge when he couldn't find the problem. The advisor Andrew caleld me in a timely manner and had my car back to me as soon as possible. more

I was quoted three different prices for belt in my car: 165.00, 225.00 and 285.00. The 165.00 was what I had in writing and it was honored but it worries me that quotes can be that different. more
