It has been 3 years ,i bought kia.every time i come here for oil change or any problem like tire change.But they treat me like I am different(may be I am asian not white).this time the guy refused that we dont send any coupons to our customers but I do receive emails always.
and even my car revieved few scratches while i droped it for oil change and i did report but no where I was helped for.I do Work as GM and know how to handle all situations.but This time I am giving up.Even I was planning to buy Kia sorento for my husband but not now..
