Everyone I spoke to, both on the phone and in person, was very helpful and nice. There was somehow a mix up and no loaner car was available for me, but that was remedied within 10 mins. The only minor negative was that a bulb was changed and a charge put on my itemized list but they didn't check with me before replacing it. Granted it was a $2.50 bulb so it disnt really matter, but it makes me wonder if they slip these kind of things in often without telling clients.
