Andre was super special. He was polite, professional, and conscientious about fixing my mother's under the house-in the ground pipe leak. It was a difficult job with low crawlspace and very little room to maneuver in replacing the pipe and making connections. He was also very careful, digging a trench to extract and relay pipe from OUC's street connection to the house, and putting the back the dirt and turf. Andre was optimistic, patient, and reassuring throughout the repair. He is a very good example of your company's expertise, professionalism, and service excellence.
