Great service 4/25/2018

The company responded quickly to a broken water pipe. Billy responded quickly, was very friendly and polite. After his review of my problem, he presented me with a price quote. Upon my approval he quickly repaired the damage. We also reviwed another problem I had. I will be calling them tomorrow. Very highly recommend this company and the field technician. more

ERIC WAS MY TECHNITION. PROMPT VERY COURTEOUS, CAME IN HOUSE AND ASSESSED MY PROBLEM QUICKLY, ATTENDED TO THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL,AND QUICKLY CLEANED OUT MY DRAIN LINES AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING SO AS TO RETURN THE HOUSE TO BEFORE THE PROBLEM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. more

Rainaldi Plumbing does what another company "would not" 4/11/2018

I had contacted another company - Roto Rooter. They came out and would not "snake" the drain line because they said the Grease Trap was the problem. I contacted the Grease Trap company who evaluated the Grease trap and stated the grease trap was working properly. I asked Roto Rooter to come back out to snake the line, they refused because they said their technician said it was not a line problem. I contacted Rainaldi, they came out assessed the situation and snaked out the line and found the issue and within 45 minutes our drain lines were unclogged. The moral is don't use a NATIONAL company when the local guys are more committed to getting the job done. Thanks Eric and Rainaldi Plumbing more

Ron is courteous, efficient and professional. In addition to providing the evaluation sheet, he takes a few minutes to go over items that need to be monitored, or needs attention. Recently he came for a pre-season Service Partner check when I was in the midst of a home therapy session following knee surgery. Because he was familiar with the layout, it was not necessary for me to interrupt the session to point out the location and access to the air handler. Ron knew where everything was. He conducted the pre-season check and I continued with my therapy session. Being able to request the same technician each time is big plus for me. more

Nick S. came to my daughters condo and fixed the leak in the bathroom tub. He explained what the problem was, what he was going to do,how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Then he began to work. He worked all day and completed a very difficult job. He was professional and went above and beyond in this job. I was very pleased and will now call him for any problems I have with plumbing. We felt safe with Nick in the house, it was like having a very knowledgeable friend working in the bathroom. Home Repiping 3/28/2018

In Jan 2018 we had the misfortune of having a bad leak in our kitchen, after having the Leak Dr check things out we had to think about having the house re-piped. Adam M. with Rainaldi gave us a fair price which included a new hot water heater and they were able to start the work right away. The entire staff that we dealt with were so courteous and professional from Eve,Wendy & Sheri in the office Adam M couldn't have been easier to work with and the installers Kayle, Jose & Steven did the neatest job anyone could ever do. They made sure that as little openings were made to do a proper job as possible. We would recommend Rainaldi wholeheartedly! Thank you all you made the experience as painless as possible. Oh and Bill & Stefan did a wonderful job patching the drywall and concrete, just like new. God Bless more

Plumbing repair 3/27/2018

Rainaldi Plumbing (Rainaldi Home Services) (Specifically, Billy and Adam) did a great job; first, locating the leak in my bathroom; second, keeping the access damage to a minimum; and third, fixing it! I was impressed with how quickly the total job was done and with how they were able to avoid doing damage to the surrounding tilework. Great job. more

Few hours later the Andre the specialist got home and provided me with information and did a outstanding job installing my water heater. Exceptional service 3/22/2018

We were remodeling a master bathroom when another plumber told us we had to repipe our house due to faulty piping. A neighbor referred us to Rainaldi Home Services. Adam met with us, looked at our house and explained in detail the process and pricing for the repipe. He also gave a second quote for the other plumbing work. His team arrived on time, completed the work for the repipe as scheduled. Adam and his partner, Billie, returned for the plumbing work. They were prompt, courteous, and hardworking. Very pleased the plumbing. I would highly recommend Adam for any plumbing needs. more

Phenomenal Service 3/20/2018

First let me say that the situation was dire. But Rick and his son, Cole, not only turned the situation from dire to fantastic I deeply appreciated Rick’s input/advice concerning the situation and looming possible trouble with other plumbing issues. Rich and Cole worked through a severe storm which others would have stopped. Their concern about my mother-in-law, who owns the home deeply impressed me. I HIGHLY recommend Rainaldi Home Services and especially Rick and Cole. Well done! more
