I have visited many gyms, and started many workout programs, but I had never been able to stick with it until I started training at Proper Form. All of the trainers there, including the owners, make you feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. My two main trainers, Al and Tiffany, are both phenomenal - great motivators, fun to talk to, and accepting of my complaints about too many squats and lunges. The other trainers are also great, so if you ever need to reschedule to another time when your trainer is unavailable, you still receive excellent training. One of the things I used to hate about other gyms was that the machines were always sweaty and dirty. At Proper Form, the owners and trainers literally clean the machines right after you get off of them, so everything is always spotless. This gym is also perfect for people of all different levels. While I was completely out of shape when I started, my boyfriend -- who lifts weights and exercises regularly -- loved it as much as I did, and thought that the trainers were all top notch. We researched many gyms on South Beach before picking Proper Form, and they have lived up to all of the hype, and then some.
