As always fantastic work with my printing. I don't usually post reviews of any sort for anything but you guys definitely deserve some praise. Thank you for all the work you've done for me and my company and for the thousands and thousands of business cards you've done for us over the years. You guys definitely know what you're doing. more

I've just had some menus for my restaurant printed with Printutopia and they've been very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. There were a lot of people and changes involved in this process since my boss needed to make changes, the designer needed to be in touch with them, my boss' partner was involved and we were all contacting one person (David) at Printutopia. He was completely calm and helpful with us all throughout the entire process and the menus turned out to be beautiful and produced in time. My boss, his partner and myself have all dealt with several printers for many years and we all think the people at Printutopia are top notch. Thanks guys! more

I get my banners from Printutopia. I work for a real estate company and they always print our banners and open house signs and everything else actually and do so really well. The banners are great and very high quality and durable. I only wish they would be able to install them also. more

Printutopia has been my printer for a long time and they have always been very accomodating to my needs. printing is something that depending on the project can be very easy to produce or very difficult. throughout the years i've had them print things from simple business cards to more complicated projects and they have always provided me with excellent service and of course have always delivered on the printing. finding a good printer is crucial for almost any business. sometimes you may spend lots of money and time finding a good one but when you find one it's like finding a good butcher or dentist or family doctor, you just stick with them for years and years and develop a relationship and they'll go out of their way to do everything they can to help you out. printutopia is my printer, now i just need to find a good butcher! more

I ordered some 4x6 postcards from their website even though I was little hesitant to do so since I don?t know the terminology (16 pt. Stock?) but the ordering was pretty easy. I needed to print some large postcards for a gallery opening in Philly and my friend told me about this company and how he'd worked with them in the past with really good results. I checked out their website, ordered the postcards and had them printed and shipped to Philly in 4 days. Postcards looked good, they got them to me in time and the shipping was free so no complaints. Actually, it would be great if they were open on Saturdays but I suppose I can just continue to order through the website. Good job. more

Ordered some full color business cards from their website and got exactly what I wanted. Pretty good price, great paper and fast turnaround. I had some questions about my file and even though I ordered the cards online I was actually able to speak to a person about my design and the cards shipped free! Recommended. Where do I start? I ordered some cards from this company and didn't end up getting the final product until over a month later. Why?.... The first batch of 500 that I ordered were misprinted, so I took them in to the store myself and showed them, they happily offered to reprint them at no extra cost and overnight me the new cards. Waiting time I was told: five business days. Six business days pass and I have heard nothing so I contact the vendor and ask what the status of my reprinted cards is....a day later I get a response via email explaining that UPS has ""lost"" the reprinted cards and that if within 48 hours they haven't found the package then the vendor will reprint, yet again, another 500 cards and personally deliver them to me. I ask for a tracking number, twice, and I am not provided one. 48 hours pass and I contact the vendor, they inform me that they will have to reprint the cards again and will hand deliver them. Waiting time: five business days. In the meantime they deliver me a couple hundred of the originally misprinted cards for my meetings. Five business days pass and I am sent an email stating that the cards need an extra day as the rounded corners haven't been cut correctly. This infuriates me as I have postponed a number of meetings so as I could have the new cards, I am forced to use the misprinted ones. I wait a day or two and the cards are finally delivered, to the specs I had originally submitted to the vendor. This whole process was poorly managed. And their customer service was initially very good, it didn't particularly continue to be. I could have received a phone call about the rounded corners not being correct, but instead I was emailed. All of their interaction with me was via email, and all of it was far from prompt. The cards do look good, the stock is good and I'm happy with how they turned out. However, I will not be using this vendor again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. When you misprint something once, then lose the replacement batch, then delay the third batch, you lose customers.
