Where do I start? I ordered some cards from this company and didn't end up getting the final product until over a month later. Why?.... The first batch of 500 that I ordered were misprinted, so I took them in to the store myself and showed them, they happily offered to reprint them at no extra cost and overnight me the new cards. Waiting time I was told: five business days. Six business days pass and I have heard nothing so I contact the vendor and ask what the status of my reprinted cards is....a day later I get a response via email explaining that UPS has ""lost"" the reprinted cards and that if within 48 hours they haven't found the package then the vendor will reprint, yet again, another 500 cards and personally deliver them to me. I ask for a tracking number, twice, and I am not provided one. 48 hours pass and I contact the vendor, they inform me that they will have to reprint the cards again and will hand deliver them. Waiting time: five business days. In the meantime they deliver me a couple hundred of the originally misprinted cards for my meetings. Five business days pass and I am sent an email stating that the cards need an extra day as the rounded corners haven't been cut correctly. This infuriates me as I have postponed a number of meetings so as I could have the new cards, I am forced to use the misprinted ones. I wait a day or two and the cards are finally delivered, to the specs I had originally submitted to the vendor. This whole process was poorly managed. And their customer service was initially very good, it didn't particularly continue to be. I could have received a phone call about the rounded corners not being correct, but instead I was emailed. All of their interaction with me was via email, and all of it was far from prompt. The cards do look good, the stock is good and I'm happy with how they turned out. However, I will not be using this vendor again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. When you misprint something once, then lose the replacement batch, then delay the third batch, you lose customers. Pros: Good Quality Cards Cons: Misprinted first batch, lost second batch more
