I was less than impressed with Princeton Air. First off, as a new customer they over charge for their diagnostic service of $101.65 just to tell you need to spend another $260 ...

Luis Rivera 3/20/2019

Luis has serviced our equipment before and I was very satisfied with his work then and again today.Luis called during his predetermined time frame to let me know exactly when he would be here and he did come as promised.He introduced himself again but I remembered him from previous service calls he's done.He knew what equipment I had and where it was located.He performed all services in a timely manner and discussed what he did with me at the end, I signed his book and he provided me with this survey. Maintenance service support just left and wanted everyone to know what a great service job that Luis Rivera conducted today. He was courteous, supportive and conducted excellent service. He was very helpful and did not try to oversell any additional products than those needed. more

5 star excellence 1/24/2019

My water heater was not working. We contacted Princeton Air to see if somebody could come to check it out. The technician Dan C. called us very quickly and was very nice on the phone. He came out quickly to look at the problem. He than looked over everything and told us that the water was 15 years old and that it couldn’t be fixed. He than gave us multiple options of different sizes and brands of water heaters and Princeton Air had another technician, Leon I believe. quickley bring out a brand new water heater. Dan C. than installed the new water heater and was very clean and organized with all of his work. What a nice fellow, I wish more people were like him. I recommend Princeton Air to anyone. What a pleasant experience. more

I've been with Princeton Air for a number of years and have experienced excellent service and professional technicians on a consistent basis. Will D. is my current technician who performs my twice yearly maintenance for my heating/cooling system. He is prompt, courteous, neat, professional and competent. more

Furnace tune up 11/28/2018

I thought it was about time for my 8 yr old furnace to have a tune up. My Martino did a thorough inspection of my unit and gave me good advice. He was professional, friendly, and patient answering my questions. Job well done. more

Carl Jackson came to our home and we would like you to know that he did an excellent job doing the repair. A 10 out of 10, in every category 8/13/2018

Kyle serviced my Trane unit yesterday, and I am very happy with his service. He is professional, competent, and hard working. Also, there is nothing self promoting in his manner. A big plus for many of us customers. It was another hot day, and many stairs to climb. I suspect that Kyle was extra careful in checking the unit, especially in cleaning the outside condenser. Is it possible that I noticed the difference right away? In any case, I am delighted with his and Erin’s service. I hope that I can see Kyle again in the Fall, when my heater will also require service. A 10 out of 10, in every category. I’ll be happy with further information if desired. Excellent Service! 7/23/2018

Our AC quit Friday night 7/20, I called for repair's on Sat. 7/21 and was told a tech would arrive between 12pm to 4 pm that day. James Torres your tech called within twenty minutes of arriving at 12pm. He was polite, courteous and quickly found the problem. Our AC was up and running within 30 minutes. James Torres is a valuable member of your company. I would highly recommend your company to others. more
