Luis has serviced our equipment before and I was very satisfied with his work then and again today.Luis called during his predetermined time frame to let me know exactly when he would be here and he did come as promised.He introduced himself again but I remembered him from previous service calls he's done.He knew what equipment I had and where it was located.He performed all services in a timely manner and discussed what he did with me at the end, I signed his book and he provided me with this survey.
