My water heater was not working. We contacted Princeton Air to see if somebody could come to check it out. The technician Dan C. called us very quickly and was very nice on the phone. He came out quickly to look at the problem. He than looked over everything and told us that the water was 15 years old and that it couldn’t be fixed. He than gave us multiple options of different sizes and brands of water heaters and Princeton Air had another technician, Leon I believe. quickley bring out a brand new water heater. Dan C. than installed the new water heater and was very clean and organized with all of his work. What a nice fellow, I wish more people were like him. I recommend Princeton Air to anyone. What a pleasant experience.
