I was less than impressed with Princeton Air.
First off, as a new customer they over charge for their diagnostic service of $101.65 just to tell you need to spend another $260 (est. $380) for a $10 part valve part. I was informed by the tech that they needed to drain my hot water heater to repair a small line that fits into my humidifier and I would need to schedule another service call. Better yet, I was told to purchase a brand new humidiifier at $600, not including the $101.65 I already spent!!
First and last time using Princeton Air.
