I was less than impressed with Princeton Air. First off, as a new customer they over charge for their diagnostic service of $101.65 just to tell you need to spend another $260 ...

Will was very professional, pleasant and courteous. He went about his business, was respectful of the house and gardens when he was working on the air conditioning units. I believe he did everything that needed to be done and also changed the filters that were dirty. He appears to be a very good addition to the Princeton Air service department. more

Princeton Air came immediately to figure out why there wasn't any heat. Eric M quickly diagnosed and then solved the problem. Before I knew it the house was warming up! more

Emergency Furnace Repair 1/23/2016

Furnace quit just as a big snowstorm was beginning. Eric came quickly and fixed the problem (defective igniter) in about 20 minutes. more

Eric patiently worked his way through our puzzle of a house and heating problem. Little did we know that an electrician had cut a crucial wire. Eric traced the problem and got everything in working order. Creative thinking. more

Service Appointment 11/28/2015

Tito came for service today and was timely, courteous and efficient in servicing the furnace and air handlers. He also replaced igniter which was put in temporarily last winter. Great job Tito. more

Heating check - quick, efficient, courteous, the tech fixed more than expected 10/15/2015

Eric M. of Princeton Air performed the yearly check of my furnace today. Besides checking the furnace and replacing the filter, he noticed that the dryer was not venting outside: it was venting into the laundry room, because the hose was not connected to the dryer. His 6' 5" height likely helped him see the problem. He reinserted the hose into the dryer and vacuumed the dryer lint from top of the dryer and from the floor. Thank you! more
