Precision Spa Achois

SCAM ARTISTS par excellence!!! I hired Precision Spa to service my jacuzzi twice a month. They performed minimal work and once didn't even show up for an entire month! (no problem though attempting to bill me for it!). Far more egregious though was that I recently bought a house with a pool and hired them to service it (I knew the owner personally for many years so was inclined to give him another chance). After about a month they told me the pump was no longer priming and wasn't getting pool clean. It needed to be replaced. I paid them $700 for the repair and submitted the bill to my home warranty company. The warranty guy came out and re-tested the pump and found that it was ABSOLUTELY FINE and re-installed it!!! When confronted with this evidence they had sold me a needless repair Precision Spa refused to refund me any of my money. They wouldn't even return my phone calls! So now this is going to Small Claims Court. Total SCAM ARTISTS is all I can say!! btw- the pool looks beautiful with the old pump running more

We were having issues with our old hot tub so we called a few companies to give us an estimate. Three companies showed up, one wanted to replace our entire control system and pumps. The second one, basically tried to collect a fee for coming out. The third one, Precision Spa, spent a fair amount of time figuring out what was going on. Then gave us an estimate that was lower than what we expected. Naturally we went with Precision Spa. We'll stick with them from now on. more
