Best

I've been to Pnk several times now and each time, it is so much fun! Sure, maybe they don't have five star service, but this isn't exactly the Four Seasons. Its a fun, sexy place ...

Worst

I also could not believe that a vodka and soda water was $11 (even if it is GreyGoose, I've never paid this much for a cocktail!). They ignored me for several minutes then finally...

GREAT place with WONDERFUL service!!! 8/1/2011

My girlfriends & I had a FABULOUS time at Pnk! Vinnie, Bejamin & Tim were awesome! I don't think I've met more friendlier bartenders before, definitely not in Vancouver, BC! The go-go dancers were really nice too. Sean, "the bouncer in the pink shirt" was very sweet to us. We took pics with all of them. The overall service was phenomenal For dinner, two of us had the halibut & it was delicious (priced well). One of the girls had the prawn dish. The prawns were great, but the flat noodles were difficult to eat, so Vinnie switched it out for the salmon dish, which was just as good as the halibut. Kudos to the chef! We'll definitely be going back. more

Terrible Service, Way Overpriced 5/12/2011

I also could not believe that a vodka and soda water was $11 (even if it is GreyGoose, I've never paid this much for a cocktail!). They ignored me for several minutes then finally an overworked waiter noticed and served me while his colleagues were just standing. Their body language and attitude towards me was that I was unwanted--when I used my card to pay I wasn't asked to keep it open or closed, it was closed instantly and I was given the check. I agree, this place is a joke. I would be very surprised if it is still open a year from now. There is no way these guys will survive acting that way in the hyper competitive restaurant business. more

Corrupted Place with Local Police G BERNAL abuse Police Auth 4/26/2011

The service at this lounge is extremely bad and it seems that the lounge is connected with the local police G. Bernal and they can do anything they want. Why they deserve one or less star rating? 1. Drink is way overpriced. You get less than a regular shot of Grey Goose, it still costs you $11 per shot. 2. They kick you out for no apparent reason. One of my female friends walked to the restroom in "quick step". They claimed that she was drunk and she was going to puke. So, they kicked us, six of us, out of the lounge. We got three guys in the group and we paid $15 each for the guy to enter, and now we got kicked out becos the security claimed that my friend was drunk, which is not the case at all. 3. And the story didn't end here. So, after we got kicked out, we simply accompanied our friend to sit at the bench outside the lounge to rest. As we still couldn't believe we got kicked out. Then, something funny happened. As the lounge can call the local police, G Bernal for their own use. They managed to get G Bernal there to use his police authority to kick us out of the building. 4. The question came to my mind is, wow... the police is not doing their job patrolling the city but "employed" by the lounge to kick the customers away. I thought we are in a civilized world, but, seems like something bad is happening here. 5. Here is a good part: two childish acts were done by the G Bernal police and his partner. G. Bernal threatened me that he could put me into jail without any reason, and he claimed that we were trespassing the mall. Even better, he took out the handcuff to scare me. Which I just stood there. As a civilian, if I just stand there, talking, can a official use the handcuff to scare me, and intimidate me? 6. As for his partner, at the same time, pulling up the bench, forcing my female friend to fell onto the floor. Overall, a fun night for sure to watch how the policemen of the city of Seattle intimidating the civilians and a reality show that the police is working for the lounge but not the city. Interesting. more

They called the police on me when I got sick 4/25/2011

Something I drank had a bad effect on me and I did not know where I was or what I was doing... clearly I was sick. My friends noticed that and tried to take me home. While they were closing my tab, the bouncers did not have the patience to wait so they started muscling me around to take me out by force... i think I had an irritated reaction to that annoyance and did not know what I said to them but soon after... i was being banged around the walls and I was handcuffed, taken down stairs and arrested by Seattle PD for assault (which I was never charged with btw). If they are selling alcohol to people and ppl and someone gets sick, they apparently think it is a crime. Don't waste your money there. Please take your business somewhere else, especially if you are African American. more

Stealing from there customer's 3/15/2011

TRY A PLACE THAT HAS GOOD REVIEWS! I had a tab the other night and the next day I noticed that there where two other charges on my card that I had never authorized. I contacted them about the charges and they gave me the run around that they would have to check all the transactions for that evening and that no one there was able to get to those receipts. I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue. ONE WEEK LATER and nothing happened and I noticed that the initial fee on my tab went up to more then three time's what I had charged and I even put in a 25% tip WTF... I called and they said it would be fixed. Still nothing I am contacting my bank in the morning to fight the charges and might contact the police due to them stealing money and to start an investigation on how this happened. How can a bar keep charging me I have my credit card UNLESS THEY KEPT MY CEDIT CARD NUMBER AND KEEP USING IT! PAY CASH IF YOU CAN SOMEONE IS KEEPING CARD NUMBERS AND USING THEM! SORRY NO GOOD REVIEW FROM ME! WAY OVER PRICED AND A BANKING NIGHTMARE! more

This place is a joke 1/8/2011

This place is a joke. There service sucks, food is over priced for the quality. Dont waste your time. This was a sorry attempt at a lounge. Will not be going back. There service is worse than Mc Donalds. more

Classy, Beautiful and a Great Time! 11/18/2010

I've been to Pnk several times now and each time, it is so much fun! Sure, maybe they don't have five star service, but this isn't exactly the Four Seasons. Its a fun, sexy place with waitstaff that reflects this theme. I love the huge windows- try to get a spot in the back if you can. Plus there's 3 count 'em 3 bars! So if you're not getting great service at one of the bars, you have other options! Go with a date or a bunch of girls because this place is definitely female friendly. Good drinks (on the sweeter side) and perfect for a few appetizers. more

Classy place, poorly ran. BELOW average service. 11/14/2010

As a business owner I know that there are hiccups when starting a new business but this was RIDICULOUS!!! From the moment we arrived it was one mess-up after another. After standing around for 20 minutes we were told that someone had overbooked the VIP section and they were moving us to another table. How someone overbooks an area considering we had reconfirmed and given our credit card information 2 days prior is beyond me but that was just the beginning… the ‘new’ table was ½ the size and couldn’t accommodate such a large group so we had to take turns sitting. They had a security guard standing at the entrance but he wasn't stopping anyone from entering the reserve area and had random people drinking OUR drinks! I was told to email some pictures so they could wish me a happy birthday on the TV but that didn’t happen. Needless to say they didn’t even have my name spelled correctly at my table. Our waitress was super slow so we had to go to the bar to buy drinks. To top it off some of my friends waited in line for over an hour just to be turned away at the door due to the club reaching maximum capacity by 11:00. Overall my experience SUCKED and I will NEVER go there again. On a positive note, one of the owners did come out and apologize for the mix-up and bought a round of drinks on the house. Unfortunately, drinks don’t replace memories and a sorry just wasn’t enough. more

Mall swagger thats worse than malt liquor at breakfast 10/26/2010

Is this place some kind of elaborate planned business failure for tax purposes? Did a CPA instruct his evil genius clients to lose as much money as possible immediately? I've got it! We'll open the most laughable excuse for a bar/nightclub in a SHOPPING MALL, give it a stupid name that doesn't mean anything, play horrible music and hire nothing but the worst and dumbest. As I rode the escalator up to the 4th floor of THE MALL where the failed abortion called PNK is located I passed the time by counting Ed Hardy hats and confused foreigners happy to be in America. You know you're in the right spot on a Saturday night when the club line be pop'n off harder than the ESL course you took at Bellevue Community College. Who gets their duggy on at PNK you ask? Well let's just say if I ran an automotive repo company, bail enforcement agency, bill collection service or baby-daddy tattoo removal business I would do a lot of business with PNK's clientele. Criminal trial lawyer urinal posters would be considered highly targeted ad impressions. Now I wasn't charged cover or forced to wait in line in the SHOPPING MALL or pay for any of my drinks at PNK (suck it nobody's) and I still felt cheated. Best case scenario, if PNK is very well funded this bar closes end of summer 2011. PNK isn't for me because I don't like dance clubs in SHOPPING MALL'S with ultra bright lights, bars with 100 TV's playing Sports Center at 11 pm that have terrible lay-outs, poor sound systems and under skilled top-40 dj's. If you really have to party at THE MALL on a Saturday night try Gordon Biersch - it's so baller. more

Wow!!! 10/17/2010

What a great time at the grand opening! Spectacular place with fantastic ambiance. For the amount of people there the service was great. The entertainment was a nice addition to the evening. This is just what Seattle needs, classy but casual. With all the plasmas and projection screens it would be a great place to watch a game. Kudos to the owners for putting this place together in this economy. Enjoy.... more

Great ambience...POOR SERVICE! 10/15/2010

I am a classy young woman with refined taste so naturally I was attracted to a lounge located in pacific place named PNK "Pink" how perfect...right? WRONG! My friends thought this would be the perfect place for a birthday dinner, we like to stay ahead of the curve and whats more perfect, for a celebration, then having a dinner at a newest spot in town... Unfortunately I endured the worst customer service I have ever had at an establishment. My group and I arrived on time for our reservation however we were asked to wait till our table was ready. While waiting the owner came to greet us and wish us a good night which we equated to the caliber of the restaurant/lounge. The first staff member who came to our table asked us if he was our waiter...hmmm I dont know you tell me, are you? He quickly realized our table was not in our section. Soon after a sweet yet totally clueless waiter came to our table and begin to take our order. It was clear this was the first time she had ever worked in a restaurant let alone taken orders. She confused drinks and couldn't identify what meal when where. Prior to taking our order a bouncer came and checked ID to verify that we were all over 21. We were seated at 8:45pm restaurant closed to younger crowd at 9pm, why were our ID not checked at the door? Did you think we would eat in 15mins? This was a huge disruptions and added more confusion to our night. The kitchen was super slow getting out orders it was 30mins between receiving all of our dishes which were brought out one by one or in pairs. I could understand if we had a huge party but there were 8 of us who simply ordered off happy hour menu. The drinks were poorly made and a few of my friends sent there drinks back to be modified by bartender. What you asked for was not what you received drinks were tasteless and left a lot to be desired the cocktail list was clearly embellished because the bartender on staff could not make listed drinks. To top it all of one of my friends found bits of plastic mixed in with her food, not just a few enough to line up on a plate. After expressing our concern to the owner about the service, the drinks and the plastic he merely brushed it off. Saying that the establishment is new. Our waitress could not split our check so we spent 45 mins paying our bill as she went back and forth for each set of receipts. We had somewhere to be and this process made us late. I am a reasonable person who understand new job jitters but this was simply unacceptable. I havent always had a cushy desk job and know what its like to be in the customer service industry. People can get rude, pushy and impatience and we made a conscience choice to be none of these. Im sad to say PNK was extremely disappointing. I wont say dont go check it out because the ambiance is wonderful the interior is amazing but just dont go expecting much else than a beautiful interior... more

Great New Spot Downtown 10/8/2010

Downtown is seriously in need of some fun spots and this place delivers. Frankly, it's one of the most gorgeous places in town. The waitstaff (hot!) the gigantic floor to ceiling windows and the sparkling chandelier, this place just oozes sexienss. Everything from the martinis to the stemware to the food presentation is just straight up gorgeous. When you're in the mood to break out heels and a hot dress. pnk (pink?) is a great place to do it. A lot of new places have opened up this year, but pnk is the only one that truly impresses. Worth the trip! more
