Replaced brakes on my 2012 Odyssey with upgraded, non-OEM brakes. Good recommendation and the work was done as promised. Less expensive than Honda for better parts.

Worst

Your staff returned my truck with bad brakes, after I had you redo the complete brake job. You need to have a qualified tech to review completed work for quality and safety issue...

Like everytime I bring my truck in they are friendly and fast. Never in my 2 years here have they cheated me. When i drive away I have no problems with that repair again. more

I have used Pinellas Auto since my move to Florida in 1994, My parents used them before me. Being a mechanic of sorts myself I have always appreciated their honesty and good work. I highly recommend them for all maintenance or repair of all vehicles. more

Friendly staff and nice waiting room 2/12/2015

The staff was very friendly and they have a nice waiting room. This was my first visit here but not my last. As a new customer I enjoyed a complementary oil change. After the oil change was finished, the staff went through the diagnostics of my vehicle. They were very thorough. The only down side was that even though I had an appointment for the oil change and waited in their nice waiting room, it still took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get the oil changed. Next time I will drop off my car. more

Above and beyond what one would expect. 2/7/2015

As usual, Shannon, Paul and all at Pinellas Auto took excellent care of both me and my car. Actually, they are keeping my 13 year old vehicle going. Too long a story about their special service but let's just say they saved me from a long drive to Lakeland. Fixed my car, gave me a loaner so I could work, and all is well with the world, at least for now. Looking in the glove box, all I have are receipts for work done by Pinellas Auto. No need to go anywhere else. Thanks guys. more
